just looking at the UK company's accounts for Truckman. Most recent are to Aug 2019 when it had revs of 17.8m pds and a NPAT of 1.6m pds (both down on 2018 results). looks like it has no debt and net assets of £9.2m pounds. So doesn't look like ARB have overpaid and it might be a good platform for growth. (bit concerning that the company is going backwards from 2018 to 2019 - but need to read more to udnerstand the reasons for that)
