Our recommendation and valuation on MSB is under review. We currently have a Buy (spec) and Valuation of $5.10 on MSB.

@sixtyonefour you are assuming that once the "review" is completed they will bump the PT ... you are forgetting that they may still be annoyed that they didn't get to put their hands in the till this time around and may in fact downgrade MSB in their review - they still refer to it being a Speculative Stock in this note after all ? Nothing would surprise me ... lol
