    So a couple of questions to help a newbie.
    1. Do they have a certain time period to back in another project/business in to the shell?
    2. What is the usual steps/announcements to this happening?
    3. Can anyone give examples of other Company's that have had this happen?

    I appreciate any help guidance you can give
