If my reading of the latest share shuffle is correct, Michael Gregg now has a stand-alone 7% stake in Oliver's - enough to force a shareholder's meeting. I wonder if that was the reason for the split - perhaps Martin Green didn't want to use Gelba's stake to trigger the meeting, but Michael is like "f*&$ it, I'll do it by myself". Oliver's is small-fry to him - are we about to see him flex?
