I think anyone interested should read it and make up their own mind. I am no expert and have to read it and try to interpret it. It is quite a complicated thing. There is data they use that I don't have but honestly IMO, doubt it but I'm sure there are others on here better equipped to comment than me. I'd actually be interested to hear some.
