Lack of Real Estate Agency experience on the Board

    I do appreciate it is very important to have Accountancy and ASX experience on the Board Other then John Wood states retail experience in Real Estate.

    I believe they need an additional Independent Director who can advise the Board on Tenancy, Property Management and Trust Account experience. No doubt they are getting strong legal advice on how to structure the best disruptive mechanisms in the market place.

    I do believe to confront REA with a savage offering and take Market share away could happen but unlikely in the short term.

    I invested in REA in 1996 and it took almost a decade to get a resounding strong cash flow all via Agents paying $10,000s of thousands per Agency around the Country to get to a particular profitable point . i again don't doubt the existing Board's resolve but you cannot go from 5 cents to 32 cents within weeks unless there is a takeover bid . As it is the share price will fall back to 15 cents as I had stated some
    weeks ago and this is not a day traders paradise.

    I will see if my SP prediction occurs not far off what I said in my previous post .
