Two month moratorium on permit applications started on the 15th January. That gives us 15th March before a permit can be submitted. Hopefully, BNL will have the office work experience person camped overnight at the front door of the registry and the application will be at the front of the line.
What we don't need is any extension to the moratorium - and I can't see that happening at the moment.
They did mention last time in an update that the permit had been submitted so I hope they do that this time around. I sincerely hope that the Colorado registry have geared up to process permits as a priority and it does not take the 4 to 5 months to get the permit approved. Surely, they could piggyback on the information of the previous application and this should shorten the process a bit.
