I'm not sure I would call it a "guidance". They can't even come up with a range of possible profit numbers. So we have no numbers to be guided by. This is just not conceivable given we are only 24 days out from half year results announcement day. They must know - but they arent telling the market. If Leon has no idea a range of numbers today he needs to fire his accounting team and hand in his notice so people can be hired who are able to produce numbers in a timely manner
Why? Probably because its not going to be a profit. It will be a LOSS. So the only remaining question is - how big a loss?
