I know I'm late to the party but I'm just researching AMI and I'm very sceptical re the purchase of Dargues Gold Mine:
- Mine has only just been commissioned, why is Pybar so keen to sell it?
- If Pybar believes in the mine, why is nearly all the consideration cash? This is a big red flag for me
- the mine is producing a concentrate, not dore - a huge red flag for me, I'm very very nervous about these refractory type gold ores, having been stung a few times.
- I'll put off my investment in AMI pending further updates on the performance (or not) of Dargues Gold MIne.
