EXR Trading 2021, page-1971

EXR saved my portfolio bacon in what was a very red market all day. As the day progressed I think it was also very clear that there are buyers still waiting on the sidelines, out of sight, but ready to pounce when they think the price is right.

There were a hell of a lot of algorithm trades at the end of the day - many of which were cross trades, and I've got no idea what was happening with those. 201 out of 485 trades were for less than $500 - and most (142) of them appeared in the afternoon.

As has already been noted an all time high to finish the week, and an all time high weekly VWAP of 25.6c. As has been said all week, strong consolidation which has left all holders in the green. I hope the price action today gave some of the newer holders some confidence with where this is going.

Some key figures, the week finished up 5.88% on the closing price from last Friday and the VWAP is up 9.40% on last weeks VWAP - which would tend to suggest strong growth and not just consolidation - especially when cast against the All Ords which barely moved.

I've also listed the VWAP totals and change for each week since the start of the year at the bottom of the post. The VWAP is up 108% on the first week of 2021.
