The trade you point out is very obvious. The inquisitive might look at it and wonder why it hasn't been bought up to near the value attributed in the takeover.
A couple of things spring to mind. Is the deal going to be CTL 2.0? If it is you are stuck with AUL shares which there are doubts about as an ongoing concern.
Perhaps they see AUL as a millstone rather than an asset for WRM. After all they seem to want it for news flow purposes. First time I've heard that as a reason for a takeover.
Interesting to see if the gap closes getting towards decision time.
