so your issue is that the ASX made the decision to suspend ISX during business hours, and that was unreasonable?
ISX haven't been treated any differently here. with all queries / suspensions the relevant company is informed as soon as the decision is made by ASX. if that decision meeting takes place at 9:30am in the morning then there won't be a long time period before the market opens.. it makes no difference at all to shareholders or the company though
what exactly would ISX / shareholders have done differently if the ASX decision was made at 1am in the morning and ISX was notified at 1:15am? (I've picked the mid-way point of the 18-hour window, to show its absurdness)
