You can see my comment regarding the ASIC allegations as relentless negativity, however that is what ASIC alleging. You can say we all knew, all above board, great company etc etc, however that is not the opinion of ASIC. ASIC alleges the actions of management with regard to the perf shares damaged shareholder's interests. A judge may not agree, fine, but that is the primary reason for the suspension and as a shareholder you should be very concerned that is the opinion of the corporate regulator.
