Geez Pinto you've wandered off the reservation a bit with that one.
Women are entitled to wear make-up as they see fit, whether your assertions about their effect are correct or not. To suggest women bring rape and molestation on themselves ('reaping the consequences') simply because a man can't keep it in his pants when he sees a chick wearing lipstick is ridiculous.
What would be your solution for the millions of young women who are just drop-dead gorgeous without any makeup at all? Do they just have to 'reap the consequences' of rape and molestation? It sounds as though you are suggesting that men are entitled to be relieved of the myriad women wandering past them every day looking attractively made-up so that the man doesn't lose control of his urges and rape one. That's what you mean by 'reaping the consequences' isn't it?
What do you do with someone like Margot Robbie who could walk around with no make-up on wearing nine layers of clothing and still set off every man's alarm bells within 20 metres? Should she be wearing an hijab to mask her beauty from men who lack control?
I don't understand why you think the onus of rape prevention should rest with the victim.
