Mate the prima facie ' Top 20 ' on the service is only around 21%. Take out some of the related parties and it drops significantly from there. Yes there is a lot of holders with 10 million or less just sitting outside the top 20 , but I wouldn't necessarily refer to them as ' Big Boys ' . They may in fact be some of the in and out traders for all you know. So this one is very much up for grabs and shouldn't be taken for granted by the BOD in just another fait accompli .
