Yep, can’t see how Glencore supplying Freyr interferes with AVZ forming a JV with Freyr? Not that there is no shortage of options at this point as Bomber points out with a map.

The Alussa energy presentation clearly shows “under development” for lithium.
Glencore not shown as supplying lithium....

Some odd details for LFP and NCM as ‘Asia’, this doesn’t fit in with “under development”. Surely Freyr can’t rely on orientals for low carbon footprint.

So question remains, why did Nige think, Glencore supplying Freyr, increases probability to “slim chance”???

Does he see Glencore supplying lithium to Freyr as militating JV with Freyr? Glencore is just one investor in the to be FREY:NYSE .

I must admit my mind is operating in legacy mode not the latest PCIE data rates...taking it slowly, walking through this speculation as to why Nige said what he said on Freyr.

We can assume Freyr will not do JV with AVZ, but it doesn’t explain how Glencore is causal for decreasing chances as Nige assigns.

Glencore as per Alussa Energy’s corporate presentation shows it as not vested in supplying lithium and that lithium supply is still an orphan, “under development”.

so ladies and gents, a mystery looms as to Nige’s logic
