But thinking of it further I wonder if it could be tested in a court of law or by ASIC ?

If something is an unfair practice or manipulation which we all know exists cos thats the way the men in black want it to be I wonder if instead of taking it to the ASX , as many have done , we take it to the courts ?
ummmmm or we could get young alphy in the news to start the ball rolling . Maybe front page of Herald Sun , channel 9 acurrent affair , 60 mins etc .
Sure would raise some eyebrows wouldn't it .

I'll support any action needed .
