I understand TSO is purely a trade, but I would not be expecting 28 c above any time soon unless there is a Catalyst ANN ... (hopefully there is, but who knows)...
TSO is not really a stock that can be "traded" IMO, except for the 10-20% swings, or unless you are aware of an upcoming Catalyst Event which would cause the SP to rocket... Also remember, TSO has a much higher SOI compared with stocks like CNB, so it moves a bit slower (in both directions)... Much more money can be made on trades elsewhere IMO... I personally would wait for 24-24.5 and sell, as it may retrace again to low 20's... (But nobody can ever know) - The joys of trading
