Hopefully FTO is binary in and of itself. I think Dr T mentioned before that these are just the best examples that FTO inhibition works(in terms of using them for clinical trials).
I guess that's why it's so exciting, if it works then the ability to apply to so many cancer types and their associated revenues is the reason why the other pillars may not matter. This pillar by itself should be giving us a record deal (theoretically).
