They will have to pump the SP up for a decent cap raise if there's continued SP slippage they will likely have to negotiate a deal with toxic debt like con notes.
One problem atm is a shortage of tradies willing to work there or anywhere for cheap rates.Thebig three who know how to deliver fast turnover are gone Malone,Vaiss and Hopkins.Maybe Bizon can do it but he has come in at an incredibly hard time.
