NBC.... I don't doubt what you say is correct. I'm a farmer and I see very little competitive bidding on grain. We've had some nights where the futures have gone up in America really well and even the currency has weakened and the prices they are bidding at hardly budged.....but of course when the prices overnight then drop, they do pull the prices back!
Of course with the shipping stem pretty well full, I guess anyone with any room on the ships is only buying something they are making a good margin at!
