Hmm, very interesting. Not sure what to make of it.
Can't really see Amy Jiang having the expertise we would be looking for in current talks / negotiations however I am sure OCJ would have been keen to get a rep on there now we seem to be in no where land.
Not sure I like the idea of paying another director, perhaps in a show of good faith Todd could have one of theirs step down![]()
I am also a bit surprised OCJ's holdings weren't noted as a related party on Initial directors notice
@Supercat - This appointment should have no bearing on OCJ's ability to vote. They would only be excluded from voting if they were involved in a party on the other side of a deal which is no different whether they have a Director on the board or not.
I agree with other's comments I would have preferred to see this move much earlier in the day
(Maybe OCJ has some cashed up friends!!)
