I can't imagine drilling experts coming on board with asking "So....do you actually have approval to drill? Sure, we're happy to come on board, here's our schedule of fees, but we're not wasting our time are we?"
DB: "Obviously I can't say anything publically, but here's the approval documents that we've received, we just need to wait on the official annoucement. Keep it under your hat, of course."
