The issue is if PRG has a lean over GWR's assets , (not mentioned ) as this is what happened to several of my other mining companies I held , ie BDR , when that happens the contractor can call in the assets on non payment and is ahead of shareholders in getting the assets .
In that case there is little incentive for the contractor to perform as they can wait for the company to fail and then get the assets for cents on the dollar .
Not saying this is happening here , just it has been what has happened in the past with several of my holdings .
