I currently hold and I agree with your forecast. Personally I think the SP is on the march to 32 cents where it will sit until there are future announcements.
The only risk you run by waiting is that an announcement could drop and you miss the discount.
You could stagger your buy in so that instead of taking one parcel, you purchase 2-3 to minimise the risk of missing the discount.
