Yes, I have studied the ASIC SOC and other ASIC civil cases, those outcomes and my research tell me clearly that the ASIC alleged charges are weak and seem to be a feeble attempt to try and back up ASX. All will prevail soon under Justice Davies of the impartial Federal Court, are you attending or don't you get paid to attend court cases to get the real facts?
