she'll be right. MTC directors are expert at letting SP go as low as she'll go to then come out with something from nowhere to pump it back up again for a brief moment. Someone has made some serious coin on the MTC pump & dump, rinse & repeat. Only problem I have is it's not me making bank!
Wonder what it'll be, a lithium pump perhaps? who knows?
