AUL Chart (6-month view below): there is a little bit of resistance around 38 cents from stale holders, if the share price pushes through this level, I would expect the arbitrage gap to 48 cents to close (33% upside). There's not much sell-side supply below this level. Going forward, AUL shares are now tied at the hip to WRM and White Rock Minerals is also in a rising share price trend.

AUL technicals (below): looking very strong from all angles: SMA, EMA, RSI, MACD etc. The share price is above the 20, 50 and 200 DMA and bounced off the 20 DMA in a bullish sign of support yesterday.

WRM rose 3.4% to 62 cents yesterday.

1 AUL share = 1 WRM share x 0.78
AUL shares are now worth = $0.62 x 0.78 = $0.48.

I do appreciate all of the historical views on AUL from qualified individuals, but I'm purely here with my small stake for the arbitrage opportunity and the opportunity to leverage my entry here into WRM.

I think the risk of the deal falling through is very, very slim and that will become more apparent as time draws near.

If there is money to be made... there will be an audience...

I think the arbitrage gap will close.

I also think the gap will close between AUL and WRM x 0.78. I hope it isn't achieved by WRM x 0.78 coming down to meet AUL. Of the two, buying AUL seems to me to be the safer bet. The potential combined market cap paints the picture to me. Some strong (first time for a quarter) results from AUL and WRM near term news flow could set this (WRM post takeover) up for a market cap approaching $100M which would expose WRM to an extended audience.
