Something that hasn't really been highlighted, but has been touched on, is the growth of the team at DRO. Made possible through significant investor confidence during the previous cap raise. This creates a risk should sales not be forthcoming as our fixed costs are going up however, the hiring of interns/graduates and a wide range of staff to be is more a positive in that we will be attracting the best talent coming fresh out of Uni.
While I wouldn't rate this when it comes to hiring business graduates who frankly don't know squat, engineering graduates are a different bunch. Given we are an a new and emerging tech industry the lack of experience wouldn't be an issue. Angus has done a great job and been recognised locally for his prowess so I look forward to hearing about new stars that join the DRO team.
Starting to worry I'm a bit too in love with this stock but I'm a passionate believer in AUS tech solutions being a winning bet.
