I didn't think you would sell to finance even if at double due in the end it only halves your profit but who knows others cash flow. I will take my OBs straight on the nose when they come and have just sold a 1 bedroom rental apartment on 45 day settlement to finance the shares.
I consider when real lift off happens I will need cash so I can buy the 2 bedroom apartment next door when someone else needs the cash. Because they didn't buy ICG shares. HAHAHA there is confidence.
