I think you need to work back on the revenue potential for BD1 then apply an industry standard revenue/share price multiple to estimate the future Market Cap. I would of thought a 5x share price to sales multiple would be conservative.
$10B a year revenue x 5 = $50B Market Cap = $626 Share Price
