    Galaxy have had healthy cash reserves since the sale to POSCO but have failed to utilise that to bring any shareholder value unless it's the long term over the horizon stuff that @GCar and the gang keep reminding us of.

    Strategy wise we are still left wanting and their investments that I have seen other than Lepidico have been real doozies.

    Partnering, we haven't seen any of that...
