I'm not clued up on the mechanics or logistics of the pill manufacturing process. However if this Leiden data does confirm that MPL is a "remarkable" treatment for COVID-19, could there be a possibility that the tablet process could be expedited sooner?
After all the vaccines happened at record pace. I'm aware of the multitude of funding they received, but could third party funding be directed towards MPL if it's shown to have great efficacy in being a treatment and / or prophylactic?
Wonder if anyone could offer more insight into this?
