    I'm not very familiar with backdoor listings process & timeline.
    I did some research; the timeline is really dependent on ASX.

    We need the acquisition terms & share holder approval voting date announced to start with.
    However, if asx also requires MSM/RTE to re-comply with chapter 1 & 2 listing rules then unfortunately will take much longer.
