not to give away too many secrets, but ... we commit to the sacrifice in advance of the milestone. We lock it in on the day that it closes above or at the target.

So ... locked-in to ride 300km when the "official" jerseys arrive (around 4 weeks' time).

The $4 commitment hasn't officially ticked over, it needs to close at $4 or above. Also, luckily for us the $4 commitment is not onerous ... our $4 commitment, conceived last year when the share price was around 40 cents, is to embark upon a cycling adventure in France ... we'll be spending some of our windfall 'paper' profits from our RAC investment on accommodation, transfers, food and wine, while cycling the most picturesque and challenging cols in France. Once we close above $4, and once international travel re-opens we'll be sure to take on the great challenges of the Alps and the Pyrenees, and to send you all evidence of our commitment to this odyssey!!

All in a good cause.
