PayPal can't disrupt Afterpay... you are by far the biggest ramper I have ever seen. How is it a company with global exposure not have the ability to disrupt Afterpay. Likewise, your comparison with the banks and PayPal is absurd.

Newsflash - a pretty app doesn't guarantee global domination. Companies can change their app.
