Banana Republic I tell you .....and no Proprietary IP .....only effective re-seller in much much smaller market.Their Growth is ' nominal ' at best , and even their recent deal with iPay88 supports this. And all you have to do is work it out. iPay88 has an estimated 360 million worth of transactions which is alleged to have a total annual TTV value of $10 billion , and which is suppose to then 50% of the entire transactions and payments market of Malaysia. At least that is what their announcement clearly states. And I don't care whether NTT owns 51% of iPay88 or whether it is a Fortune 500 global company because they aren't the one with the actual addressable market participants or merchants. Besides FISERV whilst ranked 311 as against NTT's 62nd ranking , is still a Fortune 500 company in its own right and in fact has moved up a whopping 117 places just in the last year from 2019.So their iPay88's 50% market share would seem to put the Total Malaysian payments and transactions market at only $20 billion . And ALL of this 50% market share from only just 45,000 online merchants and 20,000 in-store merchants. So not a very big market at all when compared to Australia's estimated $100 billion worth or addressable B2B transactions. And heck even MYOB has more SME enterprise customers that that of 50% of the entire Malaysian online and in-store merchant numbers.Even Cirralto at its estimated 22,000 customers would be potentially generating and within reach of generating A$3 billion worth of annual transactions or 10 times that of the entire Malaysian payments and transaction's market. I guess I know which market I would prefer to be in right ?And just using the employment measures alone , there are estimated to be 2,065,523 small businesses employing 19 employees or less in Australia. So I guess I would conclude by saying from a comparative basis , that any of these numbers absolutely drwarf's that of which IOU could ever imagine to be part of. Sadly its all there for everyone to see in the in the numbers I'm afraid .......
