For all the theorists out there.
Has anybody considered with AJM's back to the wall that the BOD's might have been, not happy as such but agreeable to this outcome?
Might have come to the conclusion that this was their best alternative for survivial and didn't need to go thru shareholder approval for it to happen.
Short and sweet and now live for another day.
It will be a question we will never know an answer to.
