    lets put this into perspective. He has not purchased these shares ... they have been accumulated via his salary package as outlined below.

    EUR 30,000 per month to be paid by a combination of cash and ordinary shares
    with EUR 24,000 in cash and EUR 6,000 in ordinary shares

    So its not really a good sign is it ??.. when they are technically "free"...

    PS that's some staggering monthly remuneration isn't it ?
