And let’s be completely honest here...

What Jason inherited was an absolute dog’s breakfast.

- Shareholder/Investor confidence non-existent
- Failing Spin off
- US litigation
- Missed filings by company secretary (I know a couple were on his watch, but majority spanned over years with this same Secretary).


To top it off, he had to raise money off the bat as the company was in a horrendous cash position, with no viable project.

He has taken to his new role better than any of us shareholders could of asked, and having met him/spoken to him a few times now, he’s become one of my favourite MD’s.

If he manages to get this project into production, with all the deals that will entail (and obviously minimal dilution), it will be nothing short of an absolutely stellar job on his behalf.
