I don't think so otherwise you'd understand with these type of deals they're low on specifics and big on catchall broad principles and terms.

Let me assure you of something else...given the potential size of this collaboration I'm certain that any ann or info emanating from NUH re the HP deal in any recorded or publishable manner would first be getting the OK/blessing in writing from HP. Have no doubt of that.

As far as the world is concerned the HP Elite buds are just that...a HP product. That's how it is...and that's how it's going to stay...and don't take it from me...take it from the BoD.

You'll recall that Samsung withdrew a TO offer because NUH had to comply with ASX rules and the mere disclosure of the offer was enough for Samsung to kill the deal (thankfully).
