It's not complicated.
BB is very very good at digging holes and finding stuff. Been at it all over Aistralia for decades. Good at digging holes.
Extracting a bucket of anything useful out of the ground is not his strength. All over Australia. Decades.
BB is also good at Investment seminars and Mining back slap conferences. Particularly good of they in interesting locations. See Paris, London, etc. Covid doesn't help this skill set. Unlikely however, to see him in a Town Hall in Backwater Mining Towns Australia. And 400k is not a lot given private school fees and the price of a house. Poor bloke. Its only $1100 a day. Back in the teens. Unbelievable.
