Don't think so. PayPal news is priced in.
My hunch is instos is playing their game gobbling as much shares as they can by bringing the price down. Remember there was a rumour that Zip is going for dual listing. If that is indeed happening, may be they are bringing the price down to get the initial investors booked in at $8 range.
