For a masterclass in investor relations one must look no further than @RaceOncology

Without doubt RAC’s IR rep has materially contributed to the rise in the valuation of the company. A valuation rise that has been life changing for some.

The issues raised here are clearly rooted in the fact that the IR spokesperson has a material personal financial motive in the company that he represents.

Consider a situation in which RAC fails. Would there be legal grounds on which to pursue compensation from RAC on the basis of misinformation, negligence or manipulation from the IR representative?

All of @RaceOncology posts on this forum, in my opinion, are tactful and above board. I think one might hold resentment if the scenario above were to play out, but would have no legal grounds on which to sue.

As a non holder but long time watcher, I’m envious of the fact that retail RAC shareholders have Dr Tendies filling the void of information asymmetry.

Instead of sh** posting or down ramping on the RAC thread, I’ll courageously admit my jealously.
