The issues raised here are clearly rooted in the fact that the IR spokesperson has a material personal financial motive in the company that he represents.
Consider a situation in which RAC fails. Would there be legal grounds on which to pursue compensation from RAC on the basis of misinformation, negligence or manipulation from the IR representative?

@RaceOncology posts on this forum, in my opinion, are tactful and above board. I think one might hold resentment if the scenario above were to play out, but would have no legal grounds on which to sue.
As a non holder but long time watcher, I’m envious of the fact that retail RAC shareholders have Dr Tendies filling the void of information asymmetry.
Instead of sh** posting or down ramping on the RAC thread, I’ll courageously admit my jealously.
