WKT haven't even had bank finance formally approved(More DD) let alone having put said finance proposal before the GOT. WKT is a long way off IMO.
The company you refer to were able to raise over $50 million at more than four times the WKT share price.
They have blue chip partners and world class cornerstone investors. WKT ain't got nuffin on that!
