I've seen Morningstar value a company at $3 about 2 years ago and it's less than a dollar now. Might go buy a dartboard, pin a whole heap of prices to it and average over 3 darts, set that as my price target. Probably just as good IMO.
Of course with that other company, bad management probably a huge factor. If you shoot holes in the hull of your boat, she'll probably sink.
