People ask for it....
Look, Im not saying its a bad product, what Im saying is when Paypal BNPL launches in Oz, my wife and I would guess most small business owners will pass on that cost (Afterpay fees) to customers if they use Afterpay, as they have a great alternative in Paypal for the customer to use instead, the customer still gets there BNPL purchase, the Business makes more profit, its a no brainer really.
My point being, If your a consumer, and using Afterpay is going to cost you more, your most certainly going to use PayPal arent you ? Most people will already have a PayPal account set up, ready to go, so Afterpay lose that convenience edge as well.

Afterpay may scrap that 5% fee down the track, they may not have a choice
