" The glabellar wound was managed with Novosorb BTM, which is composed of wound-facing biodegradable polyurethane dermal matrix bonded to a non-biodegradable transparent membrane. This resulted in expedited healing by secondary intention without grafting.Such matrices should be considered in the management of difficult neonatal wounds, especially when adjacent tissue is unavailable for wound closure."
