So what is this ann about??

EPN has partnered with an already existing pharmacy who already see's patients face2face & have a supplier of MC.

What is EPN bringing to the table here?

it's some sort of partnership, no equity, shares, cash ownership transfer of any sort? is it 50/50 80/20???

What can EPN offer this little solo company in Astrid, EPN send Dr from Tetra down for these face2face consults?

I just shake my head over this, I simply can't see where any benefit to either company lies. (optimal word 'lies')

Can somebody help me out please.
